Hi.

My first day of GMDiet. Fruits all the way.
BR 1 herbal tea (no sugar) + 1 apple + 2 glasses of water
SN 1 bowl papaiya + 2 glasses of water
LU 1 bowl watermelon + 2 glasses of water
SN (1 bowl papiya OR 1 apple OR 1 chikoo )+ 1 coconut water
DI 1 bowl watermelon + 2 glasses of water

Just through with lunch. The diet plan doesnt have a starving sensation. Happy.

Am a veggie but have eggs. So need yr help for DAY 5 planning.

Happy to help. Eggs can be had each meal, 3 per meal. Legumes are good also with some good fat added.
