Hello Everyone,
I just started the GM diet this morning and I'm really excited. It's been a rough day as I approach dinner time but I've been reading posts and I feel encouraged! I'm 5'6.5 height and 161.50 lbs or 73.25 Kg . I'm hoping to lose 10 lbs (4.5 kg) before my borthday in 7 days ( this Sunday) . My total weight loss goal over the next month is 25lbs or 11.33 kg .

I have a question about dairy. May I substitute unsweetened almond milk for dairy milk on the day that I'm supposed to eat bananas and drink milk ? Also should I cut back on the intensity of my daily workouts? ! I usually run, lift weights and bicycle for a circuit workout of 1 hr. I'm not sure that I will be able to exercise at the same level given that I am feeling more tired and slightly irritable because of lack of the food that I normally eat.Thanks!

you can use unsweetened almond milk yes.

I would cutback and go light the first 4 days when there is no protein. Don't tear down. Be careful daily working out, when does your body get rest, Oxidative stress is tough.
