No, not unless it's a day that juice is allowed. And yest hen you can assuming there are no added sugars or preservatives in it.

No you cannot have nay sugar at all. Unless you want to gain weight. Low fat milk is fine on day 4.

well it's a beef day. No soup. If you want chicken instead of beef great. If you then want it to be a soup, then do chicken, roasted tomato (I used to do Muri Glen Organic Fire Roasted Tomato in a can, you can add what ever spices you love like ginger, pepper, herbs, etc. You can also add another veg or 2 like the ones in the wonder soup.

Can I substitute chappathi whole wheat instead of brown rice since I don't get brown rice in my near by stores

no, if you want to gain weight then eat bread. Wheat is probably the worst food for weight loss you can have, so not the same as rice. White rice is actually better, you can use that. Keep in mind this is a gluten free plan for a BIG REASON.
