I m on ma 5th day and I have lost 3k.gs hapee for it.. I dnt snck so I ll not have much probs...have a plan of following this evry month.. I plan to reduce some more weight and maintain it can I have whey protein shakes for breakfast and dinner and balanced diet for lunch .... can u suggest me some servings for lunch
I add ma chicken and chicken soup made with onion and tomatoes and ginger garlic paste and pepper and little olive oil which was made n Indian style of chicken gravy and soup with 500g.m each day on 5 th and 6th day s it fine and can I have little dal or curd on 7th day
