Hi... I have to lose 10 kgs of Pregnancy fat.
Started with the GM diet plan today- so far so good - I had good amount of water melon, papaya , green tea, apple , orange and now 1 guava...

Want to lose atleast 8 kgs before 27th Dec that is my sons first Bday.

I am confused about day 5 and 6. Since I am a vegetarian - for Protein can I have a bowl of Cottagecheese, sauted with onion and tomato.
Also, about the wondersoup - can this be had any day of the diet or only starts from Day 4.

sure cottage cheese fine :)

any day works for the soup, it's there when you need extra food.

Day 2 - had potato, water and cucumber...will have Wondersoup in some time...
Dont know about weight but feeling good that I am doing something for myself.

Great to hear, trust me, the lifestyle change of eating healthy, knowing the body is being fueled by real foods is a great feeling, and long term will show results :)

Hey Kevin,

Completed day 4 , but could only have 4 bananas and 2 glass of milk. Dint feel hungry at all.
Lost 2 kgs....hope can lose atleast 2 more by ht end of diet.

Today is day 5 - will have cottage cheese sauted with onion and tomatoes.

Wish me luck:)

no problem on day 4, less is OK that day. good luck and try to get in 3 meals...

Hi Kevin,

Day 6 today.... lost 2.5 kgs till now.
Only today I felt a little tired but then had my green tea n feeling better.

So how do we interval between GM diets.

Say I will complete this one on 3rd Dec. Can I start again after a week or two?

best to wait at least 2 weeks, but that's up to you :)
We did post a great plan in the after 7 days section here for that time.

Hi Kevin,

1st ever GM diet completed, lost only 2.5 kgs....but thats fine.
I know its time for my Periods so the weight loss isnt that much.

But my skin looks good and I feel happy... Well that is what counts:)

I wish to start this again maybe in January, till then healthy eating, no sugar and no Glutein:)

GREAT!!!!
It is what counts, long term this is what fixes your body, heals it and so on. There can be rough patches, maybe a tough time detoxing, etc so hang in there and see it through.

Its the 7th day of my second GM diet. I have lost 2.5 kgs so far. again weight loss aint that much but I feel much lighter.
Some favourite old clothes are fitting:) I am positive that I will not have to give away my old clothes. The day is close when I can fit in all of them;)

After the last diet , I lost another 1 kg just by following a healthy diet.
So losing 6 kgs in two months is just not bad!

This is a wonderful diet plan. I do wish to continue the healthy eating habits and once in a month try the GM till I get back to my original shape.

Well, compliments to you and your Team. You guys are doing a great job helping others lose weight and guiding at each step.

6kg in 2 months is great!

The key is how has your mindset changed on food... make that lifestyle change and eat right you will continue to feel better...

Hi Kevin,

Will start my 4th GM diet tomorrow. Feeling excited.
It is going to be a little hectic week for me at work. I hope I am able to pull through.

Have lost 9 kgs so far with 3 GM diets, hoping to lose 3 more. Slow and steady is the way.
