Hi Im from Peru, so sorry about my writting mistakes. I've been reading about the diet and Im starting tomorrow. I would like to know if I can eat fruit every 2 hours and big portions of fruits during day 1. Also I hate milk, what can I drink intead of it?
Hello Kervin it´s me again, I have 3 questions
1. May I eat an avocado instead of potato in day 2? o what can I eat to replace the potato?
2.May I eat an avocado on the veggie days? day 6 and 7? how often ?
3.What are the snacks for day 5? It says that is only water?
1) No, after the diet go for it. A squash will work with some ghee/butter.
2) No, avocado is pure fat and extremely healthy. But it's off balance on this plan. eat them after the plan though. I do daily.
3) You can only have wonder soup.
Hello Kevin, how are you? I just wanted to tell you that this diet is the best. Yesterday I felt ok, so I did exercise for 50 min.
Today, I weigh 1.1 kg less!! I not hungry at all, I am felling great!! full of energy and very happy.
My only concern is, what is going to happen next week, what do I eat? do you have some recepies or... something post diet?
