Salt pepper and spices are fine. However no peas or carrots. Breakfast day 2 should have been potato with fat. Big miss, please read day carefully and follow as we have it.
Beware of dried fruits and nuts if you have weight issues.
tea is fine, no sweetener unless it's stevia.
lemon water is great. You can have a little coconut water as well.
Not going to lie, very odd a dietitian telling you to eat those. However good luck - hope it works out truly
