GM Diet Do's and Don't

Hi Guys,

I started with the GM diet yesterday, so today being my 2nd day, i am pushing myself to not lose the confidence and go ahead with it.

Yesterday i consumed:
Bf: Melon
Snack: apple
Lunch: Oranges
Snack: Kiwi
Dinner: Watermelon

I had around 10-12 glasses of water.

Today I started with Boiled carrot and peas
Snack: Cucumber
Lunch i am planning to have soup.


I am not sure if i should be adding salt to it or not and if you people can add other do's and don't it will be really great.

Salt pepper and spices are fine. However no peas or carrots. Breakfast day 2 should have been potato with fat. Big miss, please read day carefully and follow as we have it.

Can we add nuts, green tea in the GM diet plan??

Also can we have lemon water instead of having plain 12 glass of water??
no nuts.
Beware of dried fruits and nuts if you have weight issues.
tea is fine, no sweetener unless it's stevia.
lemon water is great. You can have a little coconut water as well.

I'm goin to gym and my dietitian gave me to 30 day meal plan too
But I want to lose some kgs soon and so like to start GM Diet
My dietitian said me to have almonds -10, pistachios - 5, prunes - 4 per day as my muscle mass s low than fat
So just want to confirm whether I can have nuts when I'm in GM diet
Not going to lie, very odd a dietitian telling you to eat those. However good luck - hope it works out truly :)

Nuts won't work kevin?
Well, if you are dealing with weight issues, commonly folks are metabolically broken then if they are. So beware of snacking on foods like that. If you can have a balanced diet and find they work for you, then great. I am suggesting be careful. That's all.
