My friend wants to START the diet and know if you can skip day 6 and just straight go into day 7? would there be anything wrong by only doing the diet for 6 days as apposed to 7?? Say by skipping 6th day ( unlimited beef and veges and then doing day 7)??
Ok. Kevin,. Would it be ok to swap day 6 with with day 5?? In other words day 6 is done on day 5 and day 5 is done on day 6???Would someone still lose the same weight?
