Hi Kevin,

thanks for your feedback!

I had for lunch and dinner vegetable salad (tomato, cucumber, green pepper, some green leafs) and each time I added a tea spoon of olive oil + lemon zest + little of salt. (Mediterranean olive oil)

I am planning to have this for lunch and dinner too today (day 3) + fruits between the meals.

is it good?

looks OK, a teaspoon for those ays may be a little too much on the oil side
but good.

Maybe that's why i didnt lose any weight so far?:(
I had 2 small shots of espresso - no cream no sugar of course
When shall i start noticing weight loss?

when do you weigh? what did you eat day 2?

end of the day you weigh? you know you can only weigh in the morning, when you wake, after going potty and before you eat or drink a thing, That's your true weight
