Hi, I started GM diet from today. Just to give little extra on my background I have thyroid so was hard for me to loose weight and easy to put on. I am following the sample plan that is up there. On day 2 cauliflower or broccoli is for dinner but I don't like either so what can I replace with.

I also want to replace brown rice but don't know what.

I m strict vegetarian so no eggs as well.

Todsy had apple for breakfast, papaya for mid morning snack, watermelon for lunch and orange for pm snack. Every time with 1-2 glasses of water.

Do I drink lemon water at night?

That's the plan I followed

1) white rice is fine or legumes.
2) lemon water is great when you like.

Thyroid, first you have to go gluten and sugar free. This plan here, minus the goitrogenic vegetables is tailor made for thyroid issues. http://gmdietforums.com/forums/gm-diet-after-day-7.6/

Look at the top 2 posts. Your thyroid is is desperate need of good fats.

Yes, it's better than brown. However eggs or legumes with good fat like ghee are a better choice.
Eat what you have locally, just no peas corn and too many carrots.

Is salt ok in lemon water?

So r u saying I can eat white rice on day 5?

Which vegetables I can eat for dinner besides broccoli, cauliflower and asparagus
