Is there any way to get glutten out of my system as I wrongfully substituted potato with one slice of bread.
I forgot its glutten ..not only carbohydrate.
Also I had vegetable cooked.There were some carrots in it.
What do I do to salvate this?

carrot, a little is fine. The issue is most people tend to only eat carrots as a veg so we say no carrots. The bread? no to me it ruins the diet. I would wait a day and start over

Can that be minimized by burning calories equivalent to what I took in?
I mean the bread.

No, that's such an Americanized TV philosophy. Think about it, If I put some junk calories in my body - bread, say 300 calories of it. Do you think it's the same as 300 calories of some steamed veg with say olive oil? They are not. Your body is not fooled. You cannot work off the negative health effects of wheat, It's more than calories. This is not about calories in or out. Don't get me wrong, that does not mean you can go hog wild and eat tons of calories. What are you eating? Is it pure? It is healthy?
