Hi,
My wife and I followed the diet and today is 7th day of our diet. Today we checked our weight and it was surprise that she gain 2 KG and I 1 KG weight.
We followed the diet as per given instructions:
Day 1. Only fruits (Watermelon and Papaya)
Day 2. Vegetables (carrot, cabbage, green pepper, cucumber, Peas)
Day 3. day 1 + day2 + oranges. GM Wonder soup.
Day 4. GM Wonder soup. 6 bananas and milk (750 ml)
Day 5. GM Wonder soup. 6 eggs and 6 Tomatoes.
Day 6. Rice (one time) and day 2 veg. no soup and no tomatoes.
Day 7. Fruits, fruits juice, Rice 1 bowl and veg similar to day 2 and GM Wonder soup.
We also drank lots of water on each day. No coffee, no tea, no sweats....
Have we done any thing wrong????

Hi Kevin,
I could not see ur message on my FB account.
You can ask questions on this forum as well.
I need to understand what went wrong. Because we are planning to do it again.

Here was my answer

"Yes and no.
First when are you weighing? Don't think I have ever seen a gain before.
Day 2: did you eat potato and good fat for breakfast? Peas not a good idea on the plan, technically a legume so bad choice.
Day 4: only 4 bananas. Why 6?
Day 5: 6 eggs is light, did you eat 3 meals?
What's in your soup?
Day 6: Why did you not eat? Where is the protein? HUGE mess up here....

Let me know :)"
