Day 6 i had lost 5 pounds

Day 6 i ate:

breakfast: sprouts, cottage cheese, green pepper, spinach and cucumer salad
snack: chickpeas one bowl
lunch: same as breakfast plus chickpeas
dinner same as breakfast.

I was cooking for a party and tasting the gravy of the food (tomato gravy) to check if salt was okay. do you think that screwed me up.

On day 7 morning i gained two pounds back. is that possible>

I feel so bad.

only chickpeas? any good fat or veg? what was in the gravy? any wheat? Corn flour?

canola oil will be a good way to gain weight. it's junk basically and likely rancid.
