My suggestion minimum of 2 weeks but it should be a month. Up to you. You are eating whole natural foods. However diets can cause your body to get used to a certain way of eating, However the GM Diet is very diverse in how the days are laid out.

this is the second time i am doing the diet
1 st time i started at 86.8kg and lost 2 kgs nd was able to maintain at 85kgms
2 nd time i started at 85.8kgs and on day 6 morning i weighed 81.9kg
had 3 eggs for breakfast, quino and fish with yogurt for lunch and the same for dinner.
7 th day morning i am seeing 83.4 kgs
i am planning to take fruits for breakfast,
quino,dhal with veggies for lunch,
fresh orange juice in the evening and
veggies and salad for dinner
i drink 2 to 3 ltrs of water everyday.
i dont cheat.
then y did my weight went up ?
any idea?so that i will try not to do that next time.

Quinoa, fish and yogurt huge mistake. You can only have fish. Or have quinoa and no yogurt. You cannot combine each one on this plan. It really throws things off. I am very sorry. It's way too much. Try and strictly stick to the plan, If you need to replace you can do one of these (fish, chicken, eggs, quinoa or legumes). The quinoa and legumes need some ghee or olive oil for the good fat.
Beware of juice, drinking carbs is such a bad idea, like drinking liquid sugar, especially as toxic as boxed orange juice is unless it's fresh squeezed.

finished up on monday .
from 85.8 to 82.4kgs.im still happy with the results
may be if i have avoided Quinoa, fish and yogurt i wud have done better.
will be starting again by next week. before i start up ,will post my 7 days menu and better check it out with u.
and regarding the juice i just drank freshly squeezed orange juice with no sugar that too only on the 7 th day and only 1 glass.
