Quinoa, fish and yogurt huge mistake. You can only have fish. Or have quinoa and no yogurt. You cannot combine each one on this plan. It really throws things off. I am very sorry. It's way too much. Try and strictly stick to the plan, If you need to replace you can do one of these (fish, chicken, eggs, quinoa or legumes). The quinoa and legumes need some ghee or olive oil for the good fat.
Beware of juice, drinking carbs is such a bad idea, like drinking liquid sugar, especially as toxic as boxed orange juice is unless it's fresh squeezed.
