Hi ,

I just completed my diet ystdy , lost 2.5 kgs in first two days and however there is no changes after .

end of day 7 im maintaining the same weight ( 77.6 t0 75 kgs ) .

when can i repeat the plan , please advise complete schedule for 7 days .

no, it's a 7 day plan, just beware loading up on bad foods after. :)
