Hello, today was day one for me and apparently I did not
Do my homework and read thoroughly.

I had way too many fruits, I had 2 oranges, 2cps of grapes
, pineapple, 1 apple and 3 bowls of soup.

My soup was a variation of a soup I made in the past
It consists of chicken stock, cabbage, onion,
Broccoli, green beans, very little carrot.

The meal plan laid out for the first day was
Not so appealing to me as I do not eat melon
Or papaya's.

Any advice whether I should just start over tomorrow
With fruit again or just go along from here.

Nope, keep rolling, looks fine to me :)
I am all for bone soups and the good fat. However the wonder soup should not have much fat. That's why you can have it when you like.

Today is a bit challenging, I'm craving sweets so I decided
To have a piece of gum so far it's working. I also
Though about having a couple mints but they
Are likely loaded with sugar. I'm really looking
Forward to adding fruit back tomorrow.

FYI, if you ever have a sugar craving, have a little fruit other than foods like mints and gun that are toxic and damaging to the body. most people think these snacks like gum and mints do not hurt, but they are so wrong.
