I have a few questions.
1) about to finish up on day 2. did not have any potato. I'm not that into them. If I must have it during the week I will have it with the next meal it's allowed. I did have Broccoli. Is that not starchy enough?
2) Can I substitute Beef for Turkey or fish?
3) Is gum chewing allowed?
