I have a few questions.
1) about to finish up on day 2. did not have any potato. I'm not that into them. If I must have it during the week I will have it with the next meal it's allowed. I did have Broccoli. Is that not starchy enough?
2) Can I substitute Beef for Turkey or fish?
3) Is gum chewing allowed?

Hello...
1) No broccoli is not at all like a potato. you needed it with good fat, sweet potato or yam, plantains perhaps. It was vital day 2 breakfast with good fat. big miss, sorry.
2) yes
3) no, it's junk...

I do have Plantains Will use them thank you.
Since I am coming to the end of day 2 will I have to start over?
Whould someone that had been chewing gum need to start over?

No on both. No need to start over. However chewing gum, basically signals your body you are eating sugar (whether it's sugar free or not your body is not fooled) all day long. It's terrible, nothing natural about it.
