Day 2 was easy! Potato with a few drops of olive oil salt and pepper. Roasted broccoli and cauliflower for lunch. Wonder soup with left over broccoli and cauliflower added for dinner. Lots of water and snacked on celery when I needed to. Day 3 Apple for breakfast with a berry smoothie (water and ice only). Lunch was 2 bell peppers heated in a dry pan with pepper and lemon juice. Does everything sound good so far??
