Hi,

I am on day 3 and rweighted 1.4 Kg less in the morning. Very excited for end result I expect to drop few more pounds by then.
I have few queries could you answer those.
  • Could we replace beef/chicken with king prawns?
  • What should be the quantity of beef/chicken for whole day?
  • If Prawn, then what quantity?
  • I usually bring meat once a month and put it in freezer. When require to cook, defrost and use it. Is this Okay?
  • Could I prepare soup and keep in refrigerator to use it for few days?

1) yes you can do prawn
2) 4 oz or so per meal. you can go higher if you are hungry.
3) hard to tell, sorry. Do about the same oz I mentioned above. But you can ad a little more to it.

Thanks a lot Kevin,
You are doing a holy job in helping others in maintaining their health.

Day 3 morning when I weighted I lost almost 1.4 Kg but I checked today morning before eating anything and I found my weight was still same as yesterday. I am strictly following the diet plan till now

Am I getting impatient or do I need to change something?

Please confirm if my day 5 plan is okay.

Morning: 2 boil egg without yolk and 2 tomatoes.
Lunch: 4 oz chicken/beef grilled or saute in 1/2 spoon olive oil, with cucumber and tomato
Dinner: 4oz king prawns with green pepper and tomato saute in 1/2 spoon olive.

There can always be a day where the weight does not go down. It actually does not mean you did not lose fat/weight. So stick it out until the end of day 7 :)

Plan looks great!
