I feel a little guilty for consuming milk and bananas on day 4 after only having fruits and veggies for the past 3 days =S

Also is exercise absolutely necessary on all days of the GM diet? Cause for the first 3 days I didn't feel like I had enough energy to exercise but on day 4 I feel I can manage a 45min walk on the treadmill.

Also I have lost around 0.8-1kgs per day for the last 3 days but on day 4 I only lost around 0.2kgs is that normal or am I doing something wrong?

Exercise is not a necessity. No, just keep going, this is not about daily loss, it's about what happens at the end :)
Example, You may have just had a little water weight or gained lean muscle. So weight loss that day is different. Also, only weigh your self after you makeup and go to the bathroom. Don't ever weigh during the day, etc.
