I have completed the GM 7 day plan twice with a couple of weeks in between. The first time I lost about 3kg and the second time I lost 1kg. Overall I think it's a good diet and at the end of it I feel great. For me I think it worked as a good kick start. I found it easier than expected to stick to the diet and keeping distracted was key. The first few days I was quite tired but by day 4 I was full of energy. I don't think I will do it every two weeks but I plan to do it again at some stage to make sure I stay on track. Found it great to be able to get answers and encouragement via this site. Thanks Kevin! I do have a couple of questions for next time. Are eggplant, Brussel sprouts and pumpkin allowed on veg days?

Pumpkin is not at all, it's very carby so it's nutritionally different from regular veg. Post program it's great.

The other 2 should be just fine :)

happy to help, try and stay gluten and sugar free those 2 weeks then see how you do...
