I started the Gm Diet and was craving all types of things. I thought I should watch something on netflix to keep my mind off cravings and found a new documentary which was just added called Fed Up.
If you have Netflix, make sure you watch it if you have always struggled to lose weight. I really feel motivated about eating non-processed foods now and have lost all cravings. I won't give away everything but its about why we can't lose weight even when we try to buy fat free/low fat stuff and exercise.
