Hi,
I restarted my diet once again. I just found out you can eat eggs. What day can you eat it? I do an intense conditioning for my workout and I usually eat eggs after for my protein. With this diet, I wanted to know how long I should stay away from eggs and when can I start eating it again. Please advise thanks!

What do you mean???????? It's a simple question, can I eat eggs and what day am I allowed to eat eggs. That is all I am asking, I don't think you fully understand what I was asking.

I fully understand, simple, you said you just found out, from where? No matter, days 5 and 6 to replace meat fine - 3 eggs max per meal....

I often eat eggs in my breakfast, the reason for this is high amount of protein in them. For building muscles I often rely on foods that help me in fast recovery of muscles.
