Hi,

I am on Day 5 and have lost 1.5 kgs. next three days must be crucial. i am not eating beef but can eat eggs and chicken. can i have eggs for breakfast? and grilled chicken/portion of rice for lunch and clean chicken soup for dinner? instead of only tomatoes can we mix more veggies for salads?

Can I do the same tomorrow and day after?

egg omlette with tomatoes and onions
chicken and 1 bowl rice
chicken soup and salad

if hungry in between then cucumber/onion/tomatoes and wonder soup and herbal tea? are we allowed protein supplements that go with milk?

no milk or protein supplements, you other snacks great and no rice with chicken, chicken and eggs only.

hi kevin,

thanks for your prompt tips. i am on day 7. day 6 was not so good because i had some sweets for Eid (rest of the time i stuck to chicken breasts and cottage cheese). have lost 2.5 kg but want to be good today and maintain the loss. hopefully it will be 3 kgs by the end of the day.
had half bowl poha (pounded rice for breakfast)
will have salad (assorted greens and some pineapple) and soup (tomato broccoli) for lunch and afternoon.
also may stick to the same for dinner. are fruits required today? don't mind skipping.

what is the best way to maintain it? i am a week away from a trek. want to follow a regimen so as to be able to perhaps lose another kilo before end of next week.

Today is my 4th day of GM diet, and i reduce 2 kg. My current Wight is 68 and height is 5.3 want to reduce more 10 KG please help
what i have to do next. I love chicken so can i have chicken ones in a week?
