hi.. can i do my strength training and cardio while on this diet.. and i just wanted to know whether this diet flush's out only the fat or will it reduce the muscle mass also.. and i have extra fat on my waist and back.. will this diet help me in reducing it..

You can continue to workout, my only concern with your intense program is not having protein on days where there is none. Something you will want to ponder. I am also not into workouts like that, due to the oxidative stress it causes on the body. So you are a part of a world I see, yet am not behind at all. Meaning, I cannot tell you what you need to maintain your muscle tone. I do know you need protein though.
