Just some back ground, I have successfully completed GM Diet few months back and have lost 5 KGs.

So, I started GM Diet again on this Monday and successfully completed day 1.

On day 2, I followed the diet plan for most of the day, however in the evening I had to entertain some guest at home so I had half beer, half soda and meat (chicken).

Now I am in dilemma should I continue with diet for rest of the week or stop and start from beginning after few days?

Please suggest if I should continue or stop?

I would start over.
