I have few queries,

1) How often we can do this diet for better result ?
2) What will happen if i repeat continuously after 7 days of this dieting program ?
3) What is the difference in "Curd" and "Yogurt". Can i have flavored Yogurt ?

1) every 2 weeks minimum.
2) not sure, you losses will not be as string week 2. You don't want to yo-you your body like that too much...
3) Well, likely flavored yogurt is full of sugar. Curd is more like cheese curds... You can do stevia in yogurt, adding a little fruit is OK.
