Hi Kevin, I am on gm diet again and I reduced 3kg till 3rd day and today is my 4th day and no change in weight this morning . But still I will continue. Can you please provide me the diet for 5,6,7. I planned for 5th day as omelette with 2 eggs,1cup of raw rice cooked with tomatoes and spices for lunch,dinner with 2 slices of chicken breast with veggies.(same as chicken receipe in gm diet) is this ok if not please let me know menu of next 3 days.i am Indian so I can go with all veggies n sprouts n chicken except beef.waiting for your reply Thanks.

Hello :)

Day 5 plan is good, have some good fat with lunch.
Day 6 can be the same and you get an additional snack
Day 7 is as it is, rice only,...

By sprouts you likely mean beans with a tiny sprout. Those are not vegetables, they are legumes/beans that have been sprouted. You can have those as a meat replacement day 5 and 6 with some good fat.

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for the replay. I lost 4kg by 5thday morning. Happily continuing with the same diet. These three days doesn't look too hard for me to follow.

Hi I just completed day 5 and had chicken and vegetables same as chicken kebab recipe in gm diet. But I just read that veg should not be consumed on day 5. So can I follow the egg diet for day 6? Pls reply soon.

eggs fine, you can do meat as well. veg is technically OK seeing is how you can have the wonder soup any day.

So when should I hv the wonder soup. Is it only when veg is allowed. And I just checked my weight this morning and I reduced 2 kgs. After the 5 th day and am happy.

The wonder soup is there when you need extra food, so any time.

Today is day 7. And I lost 2.5 kgs. Breakfast I'm having Papaya and melons. For lunch can I hv 1 idli instead of brown rice. And dinner too along with wonder soup?

I assume they are rice and lentil only correct? If so yes.

sure, not too many shrooms, but yes you can have those. Yes that protein plan is great!
