Hi,
I am a Muslim women of 30 years. Height 5.4', weight 74 KGs. I have lost 10 KGs by following GM diet and cutting sugar and carbs. The holy month of Ramadan coming for the Muslim. We have to fast for long 16 hours (almost). Ours is topical and humid country. Average temperature during this summer is 35 degree C.

I am worried about diet plan during fasting. Could you please suggest me something how should I manage dietary plan on low carbs and without water for 16 hours???
