I completed my diet :) i was 62.7 day 1 and on day 8 i weighed 59.5kgs. If i had to be honest i'd say i expected more but i want to be positive and not get discouraged. Will try it again :)

not bad, the key thought here is healthier overall lifestyle, that's the best part of any diet like this.

Are you vegetarian?

can someone help me with day 5 and day 6 veg plan...breakfas,lunch,dinner....

I would like to follow the vegetarian diet plan.
What I really requested was a sample diet plan like the one you have on all other days 1-3.
Also is there any substitute for milk on day 4.

Apologies is these questions were asked earlier. :)

almond milk or a lite coconut milk. rice milk works as well.
Day 7 same as we have it is vegetarian already.
Days 5 and 6 follow as we have. You can replace meat with 3 eggs max per meal, legumes with good fat like ghee or rice and good fat. Simple as that. you can spice the food as you like.
