I completed my diet i was 62.7 day 1 and on day 8 i weighed 59.5kgs. If i had to be honest i'd say i expected more but i want to be positive and not get discouraged. Will try it again

almond milk or a lite coconut milk. rice milk works as well.
Day 7 same as we have it is vegetarian already.
Days 5 and 6 follow as we have. You can replace meat with 3 eggs max per meal, legumes with good fat like ghee or rice and good fat. Simple as that. you can spice the food as you like.
