yes you can repeat the same.

you need to cut out all processed foods and sugar. No bad oils. eat good protein, with lots of veg and some fruit. If you need more carbs then do root veg like potatoes. Do not be afraid of good fats like olive or coconut oil. What gets 99% of people are the processed foods, sugar drinks, chips, fake foods and so on!

Can you plz suggest non veg diet plan to loose weight ?
