hi,

2day is my day 4...
below am writing day 5 plan,kindly let me know if dat is ok and i can follow dat for day 6 n 7

Breakfast- 1 apple
midday snack - 1 orange/1 bowl papaya/2 tomatoes
lunch - sprouts+curd
evng snack - 2 tomatoes
dinner - 1 cucumber+1 tomatoe+1/2 beet root/1 carrot

Am a vegeterian and i didnt fine brwon rice near 2 my place..kindly send me breakup for day5-day7..am very confused..

white rice is fine, the break up is on the site in the sidebar. Simply replace meat with legumes and good fat, rice and good fat, or 3 eggs per meal.

Thanks for ur suggestion but i didn't find breakup on site...
i wanna confirm whether i can hv mid mng n mid evng snacks on Day 6 and 7?
what if i take legumes+curd in evry meal and not rice?

3 meals day 6 and 1 snack only. You have to not snack so much. Meals have to be balanced after the diet. If you have weight issues, you are metabolically broken and cannot afford snacks. legumes are fine with a little curd every meal.
