Hi Kevin ,finished my third day but had only fruits and 1 cucumber and tomato as veg ,wasn't unable to take any not veg than that,is that ok
On my day 4 now
1.can I have mangoes,how max per meal?
2.can I have fruit alone and not have any veg?
On the whole what is the main concept of the day 4 diet?
I guess knowing the main key /concept makes it a lot better to follow so that I can follow it the closest possible

now tomorrow will be my day 5 can I give me a simple non vegetarian meal plan,can I take rice ,if so how much?
I was also curious about the detox process,I wasn't using the toilet for the past four days except for 2 times,which was normal is that okay,or am I going in the wrong route
My weight was 90 when I started now it's 87.4,am really happy,I actually want to do this often,anyway how many times more do I need to do to reach my target of 60?
What do you mean by pure organic fiber?some how I felt something was going wrong,earlier ,I mean when I was not on the diet if I ate just a little bit more watermelon or papaya I used to go to potty at least 5-6 times,help me out with this pls,is something wrong with my GI system
5 or 6 times? wow that's not normal. when do you weigh? why do you have 3 weights in one day? you do know your true weight is when you wake, before eating or drinking and after going potty. fiber helps you go, detox programs can plug some folks up some.
I am on Day-3 now.. Had a question.. Is it okay to eats nuts with salad?
eg. Pecans or Walnuts?
Also is it okay to add dried Cranberry or Blueberry to the salad?
