it's a night shade but fine :)

no corn peas or carrots. No tubers like starchy veg potato, sweet potato or yams
so things like we say peppers, onions, egg plant, broccoli. cauliflower, etc and similar nutritionally to those are OK. Night shade a class of veg that some people tend to have issues with.
