I have lost 2,5kg so far. Today is my day 7 but i am a little bit confused about the menu. When I read the "Non veg tips", you said that we can have chicken on day 7 but on the plan you write only fruit and veggie. And I assumed tht we can have meat on day 7.During lunch today, I ate about 50grams of fish. Does it ruin the diet :(

day 7 is rice with veg and some fruit. no meat
