3) the ingredient of my soy sauce is this :Water, Soy Bean Extract, Flour, Iodized Salt, Caramel & Less than 0.1% Sodium Benzoate as Preservative. Still not allowed? T_T

2) well what's in the soup? Assuming there is no bad oils, sugar or dairy yes.
3) yah, I mean you can have a little, try and go for better quality, there does not need to be any sodium benzonate. But you're OK...
