Hey .I am on my 6th day of gm diet plan.i need to know if I can have cottage cheese sandwich (coz m a vegetarian) if yes then in what amount and which bread should be used.
will appreciate sooner reply

no bread, not unless you want to gain weight. This is a no wheat, no gluten plan.

I suggest legumes or beans with some good fat and cooked veg. Spice them as you would like.

Thanku so much kevin .but I had consumed 1 bowl rice with vegetables like onion n tomato (pulav in indai) and poha for dinner . I hope I didn't ate something prohibited.
Kindly tell me full day schedule for 7th day of my diet plan (breakfast, lunch n dinner).

rice and veg with fruit. simple, so cook and eat as you like.

Did you eat wheat? what did you eat day 2, 3 and 5.

No ..no wheat..on day 2 I had cabbage for morning and lauki for lunch n dinner.
day 3 I had watermelon for breakfast followed by vegetables for lunch n dinner
day 4 was milk and 1 banana in the morning and 2 for lunch time..1 glass milk as evening drink and 2 bananas and a glass of milk for dinner

so no potato and good fat?
