Hello... I'm starting day 6 and I'm down 5 lbs! Fabulous
So, I'm not vegetarian but not a big meat eater. Yesterday
I substituted cottage cheese for meat in the morning , tuna
At lunch and meat only at dinner. Can I do those substitutions
For meat today also? And when can I repeat the week again?

yes and you can have an extra protein/veg snack. do not forget to eat the veg it's needed.
you can wait a week or 2 and then start again for round 2. after that a minimum of 2 weeks is needed...
