Iam in day 6 today, lost 5.7lbs till 5th day but put back 1.3lbs on day 6. I don't know the reason for that. Can u suggest me the menu for day 6 using paneer or egg
And what cud be the reason for increased weight
I had tandoori baked chicken thighs for dinner and sautéed chicken u sing 1 teaspoon olive for lunch

egg is good, 3 per meal, if you do paneer do it for lunch or breakfast/ when do you weigh? what spices do you use? was it homemade?
