I hate to have meat in the morning. Can I have a sprout salad(small bowl), with cucumber and tomatoes, lemon juice, salt &pepper

Lunch and dinner - steamed chicken and veggies ( carrot, little cauliflower, tomato, onion) with salt and pepper and a salad of mostly cucumber,tomato and may be cabbage.

Reply soon. So far the diet has worked well and lost 2.5kg till day 3
