Hi Kevin. Thank you for the help. Day 6 is tomorrow and we are having a day out I'm hoping this plan is ok.

Breakfast....beef Pattie with fried onion in it

Lunch......boiled eggs with lettuce


Dinner.......steak with veg stir fry .made with olive oil,garlic and ginger.

Soup if needed

looks awesome, day 6 affords you 1 more mini protein based meal actually.
