I have been following the plan to a T. Weighed in this morning and I'm up a half pound. Doesn't seem like much, but it has now brought my total weight loss to only 4.2 pounds. I ate pretty healthy before I started this and I'm really worried that in one day of eating, no matter how healthy, it's all going to come back...grrr.

I do have a question about day 7 also. I've read so many different things so if you could clear up, that would be great. Can we have fruit on day 7? I've ready fruit, no fruit, only fruit juices etc. Just want to be sure.

that can happen for several reasons. however, no worries, it's likely not real weight gain.

fruit for snacks is OK, no juice if you can.
