Hi,
Here is my menu for day 5, does it look ok?

Breakfast: beef tenderloin strips with Onion, chilli flake, garlic, ginger, Chili Pepper Flakes, little bit olive oil for sautéing.
Lunch/Dinner: do I use 0.5 kg beef patty for just one meal? Cause the site mentions 1 1/8 lb. Seems a lot, no?

What you are having and propose is great! add some tomato or another veg if you can perhaps onion or peppers...
