Today I have completed my Day 4 successfully and quiet satisfied with the diet I've followed today .
1. In the morning (8.00 a.m. ) I had a banana.
2. In midmorning snacks, 1 banana with a glass of warm milk.
3. Lunch- A bowl of cabbage, onion, Capsicum and tomato soup.
4. At 5.00 had another banana with cold milk.
5. Dinner - same as lunch and a glass of warm milk (after an hour a of dinner).
6. 15 glass of water
Hope no mistake is there is diet. Till now have lost only 2.5 kgs.
Please advice a clear vegetarian diet with sample menu for day 5 ,6 & 7 .
