yes, make sure you add some oil, ghee, some good fat since meat naturally has fat.

Acc to the diet plan On day 6 we need protein.. Right? On the plan for vegetarians it says have brown rice and veggies.so where is the protein? Yesterday I had red kidney beans and brown rice... So today could I have chick peas or green grams with brown rice?of course with the veggies as well...
What could I have for midday snacks and breakfast?

yes the whole day. nah best to do rice in this case.
