Hi Kevin,

My wife is on her Day 5 tomorrow morning. She can't have beef (or any other meat). How about one boiled egg or an egg omelet sauteed on olive oil? How about Paneer (Farmer Cheese or Curd Cheese)? Can she add onion or tomatoes to taste?

Lunch Plan - Brown/White Rice with cooked dried legumes (chickpeas), sliced raw tomatoes

Mid-day Snacks - Just water

Dinner Plan - Brown/White Rice with cooked dried legumes (chickpeas), sliced raw tomatoes

hello
eggs are great, 3 max per meal - paneer and cheese fine as well

lunch and dinner not as good as eggs and has no good fat. onions, peppers, and pure dried herbs and spices all great.

Thank you very much Kevin. What should she do for lunch and dinner then? Can't have eggs/paneer for lunch/dinner; that'll be too much to handle.

I saw white/brown rice mentioned as a supplement to beef on Day 5 in the page on "GM Diet Vegetarian" on the website. Am I misinterpreting something?

How about boiled white rice supplemented with dried chickpea boiled and cooked using olive oil (Good Fat). Any other recommendation for a vegetarian?

Hey Kev. I am on my second GM diet session (had a break of 1 week in between) and I was wondering if the eggs (since I don't eat beef) on days 5-6, need to be boiled only or can be an omelette with some spicing (dry spices, onion, tomatoes, salt, pepper) before being cooked with olive oil.

Hey Kev - Days 5, 6 - Since I can't have beef, can I have steamed basmati rice with fish curry instead? The fish curry is ideally cooked over mustard oil but since that's a no-no for the diet plan, I can have the fish curry cooked over olive oil. Fresh-water river fish marinated with dry spices and olive oil, shallow fried with olive oil again and cooked with a freshly-prepared tomato puree.

no, fish only no rice. cooking the fish as you like great but no on the rice for sure.
