Basically more brown rice, but when replacing meat you need fat so add at least a teaspoon of oil to the dish. A GOOD OIL like olive or coconut. You can do lentils or other legumes as well.

Hi,
1-Can any one suggest day 5 sample diet for vegetarian for breakfast,lunch and dinner.
2-How much rice should i take for whole day.I read to take 1 cup of rice and 8 tomatoes.Can i split rice content in 3 meals.
3-other dan rice,tomatoes,veg soup wat else i can eat.
4-Can i add curd with rice?
Nw am in 3rd day.

2) Yes split the rice into 3 meals, you can add another half of a cup if needed (measured uncooked)
3) Be sure when replacing meat, you need to add some oil to that dish for FAT. You can have the wonder soup.
4) No curd....
