no tomato soup. it's pure carbs, meaning condensed tomatoes. you only get 5 to 6 tomatoes so you can cook them, however soups end up wit ha ton more tomato and carbs. I do not recommend brown rice and each meal needs good fat.
If you eat meat why eat rice?
I recommend 3 meals the same, chicken and roasted cooked tomatoes with some extra olive oil and spices. You can add some extra veg like greens, cucumber, onions, peppers and spices
