Hi Kevin
I'm on day 5.lost 3 kgs till now..it's the first time I'm doing this.can I have 1/2kg of tofu with 6 tomatoes and wonder soup for whole day and a cup of rice with lentils for dinner?pls reply ASAP bcz it's almost my dinner time

tofu is risky, you may want to read up on the health hazards of it, especially with your hormones. It's not natural, it's machined and just has issues. Up to you though. a cup is 128 grams or so... measured uncooked.

Thanks a lot for replying.anyway I had tofu..but I'll keep in mind from next time not to have it.
I'm a lacto vegetarian...so I chose tofu..what about chick peas from next time?

Chick peas are fine. Lacto vegetarian or not (I used to be a raw vegan), beware, it does not change how bad tofu is. :)
