I have lost 2kg so far. Today is my day 5. I had 1 egg and 1 cup of pumpkin for lunchz and then I came across a question and you recommended not to eqt pumpkin :( 1 cup wont ruin anything right? i am pretty worry because I have strictly follow everything from day 1

it can, it's not allowed. Pumpkin is great for you, but it is not allowed day 5, tomato or regular veg. Pumpkin is very carby. However you should be fine but 1 egg is not enough food, seems like you are under eating to me.
